Ran into this little bad boy over at lifehacker.com. This a program for windows that converts file formats. Say you have a flash file that you downloaded from Youtube. You want to put it on your MP3 player but you player does not support flash files. Now you can convert them to an appropriate format allowed by your player. Even ripping from DVD is simple. It does not give you many options outside of the file format which is a good thing for newbies or anyone who does not care compression rates.
